Moe Borzooeian is an architectural designer and project manager with over a decade of experience in custom home design, luxury and functional interior architecture, and modern facades. His passion for architecture led him to collaborate with international design teams, contributing to residential and commercial projects in multiple countries. With nearly a decade of architectural experience in Dubai, one of the world’s leading construction hubs, he gained extensive expertise in advanced materials, modern building techniques, and global architectural standards. Throughout his career, Moe has played a key role in a wide range of projects, from high-end custom homes to large-scale commercial developments. His expertise spans modern facade systems, aluminum composite material (ACM) solutions, and innovative interior design concepts that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality. His approach is rooted in creating visually stunning yet highly practical spaces that meet and exceed client expectations. Neda Kian
A graduate in Architecture from Shiraz University and the leader of the architectural team, Neda has over a decade of continuous experience in architectural design, both interior and exterior, and more than seven years as a core member of our architectural team. As the head of the interior architecture team and responsible for phase two and specialized facade designs, she plays a key and prominent role. With her growing expertise in architectural software such as 3D Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, and Revit, Neda brings exceptional quality and beauty to your projects.
Shahrzad Mokhtar
A graduate in Architecture from Shiraz University and holding a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from Tehran University, Shahrzad is the head of the urban planning team. With over a decade of experience in design, she has been an integral member of our architectural team. Shahrzad has made significant contributions to over 25 urban projects and large-scale urban landscape designs, including parks and bridges. Behzad Borzooeian
A Civil Engineering graduate and the leader of the structural team, Behzad has over 20 years of experience in designing structures for residential, commercial, office, tourism, and industrial complexes. He specializes in the latest technology and global standards. Utilizing software such as Etabs, Safe, and AutoCAD, he ensures optimal results for execution teams. His extensive experience includes designing structures for over a thousand projects in countries such as Iran, Malaysia, the UAE, Pakistan, Oman, Iraq, and Sudan. Additionally, his expertise with design codes from both the United States and the Middle East has enabled him to deliver optimized solutions for international projects.
Ehsan Homayee-Fard
With nearly two decades of experience in the execution of residential, mass housing, and commercial projects, Ehsan has extensive expertise ranging from traditional to modern buildings. He possesses strong proficiency in workshop management, progress billing, and all aspects of project management. Ehsan plays a key role in adding value to projects.
